You got me curious as to how many quests I had completed though, so I went through my journal and counted. I had a grand total of, at the time, 304 quests. Broken down, that was 203 'standard' quests (main story missions and side missions), 33 witcher contracts and 69 treasure hunts, including witcher gear.
